Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy (for Calls) We know life happens. If you can no longer attend your scheduled call, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Fitcarma account. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit any associated bonuses or offers connected to that session. If this is your first late cancellation, you’re welcome to rebook—we understand things come up! Repeated missed calls or last-minute cancellations may limit your access to future booking opportunities.
