What you put into the world matters. The way you lead, teach, design, and communicate shapes how people feel in your presence and what they remember about your brand.
This podcast is for studio owners, instructors, and movement leaders who know fitness is about more than workouts. It’s about creating experiences people connect with, return to, and talk about. It’s about building a brand that feels clear, compelling, and deeply aligned from the inside out.
Because the future of fitness is experiential; and the businesses that move people are the ones that grow.
Each episode will help you:
• Build a brand people feel, trust, and choose on purpose
• Create more intentional, emotionally resonant client experiences
• Strengthen your messaging so it reflects your values and vision
• Increase loyalty, retention, and word of mouth through deeper alignment
• Grow with more clarity, confidence, and direction
We’ve helped build some of the most talked-about brands in fitness and supported studio owners in creating businesses people don’t just visit, but remember. We’re here to raise the standard and help shape what’s next.

A Note on the Archive
The Fitcarma Podcast is the evolution of the legacy Fitness Career Mastery show.
Episodes 001–199 were recorded under our original name, beginning in 2017 when Barry launched the podcast from Beijing to help elevate the fitness industry through expert insight and shared knowledge.
Starting with Episode 200, the show shifted fully into the Fitcarma voice—where every episode aligns with our mission: helping fitness professionals build brands and experiences that move people.
These newer episodes feature guests, strategies, and conversations that speak directly to where the industry is headed—and how to lead it with clarity, purpose, and impact.
