This is an opportunity for me to get to know you better, learn about your goals and get personalized accountability and support during your time in the Conservatory. I'm here to help you integrate what you've learned about UX + Flow States into your programming and set you up for success this year.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy (for Calls) We know life happens. If you can no longer attend your scheduled call, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Fitcarma account. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit any associated bonuses or offers connected to that session. If this is your first late cancellation, you’re welcome to rebook—we understand things come up! Repeated missed calls or last-minute cancellations may limit your access to future booking opportunities. This policy helps us offer exceptional service to everyone and ensures that others on the waitlist have a chance to book. Thank you for your consideration and respect for our time and yours.
