Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. • First-time late cancellations will be invited to reschedule. • No-shows and repeat late cancellations may require re-payment to rebook. This helps us protect time and energy for everyone we serve. Thanks for your understanding—and for honoring the process you’ve committed to.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy (for Calls) We know life happens. If you can no longer attend your scheduled call, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Fitcarma account. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit any associated bonuses or offers connected to that session. If this is your first late cancellation, you’re welcome to rebook—we understand things come up! Repeated missed calls or last-minute cancellations may limit your access to future booking opportunities. This policy helps us offer exceptional service to everyone and ensures that others on the waitlist have a chance to book. Thank you for your consideration and respect for our time and yours.
